Program evaluation indicates that in all cases the number of students reading below their grade level decreased and all students made significant gains in reading at or above their grade levels. The program sponsored by The University of Texas at Austin Baseball Team.

Sanchez Elementary is extremely appreciative of the wealth of opportunities that the Neighborhood Longhorn Program has provided to our students. Because of NLP many of our students get to experience many activities at UT that would otherwise be out of reach.
